The taste is fresh and crisp, with lively acidity, a mineral undertone, and a dry, elegant finish.

Thanks to its crisp and refreshing acidity, Bio Menade Sauvignon Blanc pairs perfectly with light, summery dishes. Think white fish, shellfish, grilled vegetables, and dishes with delicate herbs and goat cheese salads. Also very suitable as an aperitif. Serve the wine at a temperature of 8–10 °C for the best experience.

Bodegas Menade is a family business in Rueda, founded in 2005 by the sixth generation of Sanz winemakers. The family has a long history in viticulture, with roots dating back to 1820. The vineyards are organically certified and benefit from calcareous soils and a climate with warm summers and cool nights, which contributes to the aromatic expression and lively acidity of the wines.
