In the Lunaria Bucefalo Montepulciano, you'll taste cherry chocolates. Intense red fruit and chocolate! The Mon Chéri among wines. The wine has a deep dark red color and an intense aroma of ripe red fruits, cherries, and chocolate. Blackcurrants and almonds can be tasted on the palate. In summary: a delicious red wine, velvety, full, robust, and intensely flavored.

Bio-Dem Lunaria Bucefalo is an excellent choice with spicy ribs or roasted rib-eye due to its slight sweetness. But it's also delicious with game, red meat, chocolate cakes, cherry pie, and cheeses.

Additional Information

The extra ripe harvesting of the Montepulciano grapes and the strict selection of grapes for this Lunaria Bucefalo already take place in the vineyard. Afterward, a portion of the grapes is dried, resulting in a high concentration of sugars and flavors. This method is, of course, known as the Appassimento method. No selected yeasts are added, and the vinification occurs in stainless steel. The Lunaria Bucefalo is Demeter certified.
