This biodynamic white blend from Weingut Eymann is expressive and harmonious. On the nose, notes of ripe pear, peach, and yellow stone fruit, complemented by wild herbs and a subtle smoky/mineral touch. The taste is juicy and round, with a fresh acidity that provides tension and elegance. Lightly creamy in texture, but always refined and quaffable.

Wine & Food Pairing

BIO-DEM Eymann Ménage à Trois is an excellent companion for fish dishes, such as cod or sea bass with citrus and herbs. It also pairs beautifully with shellfish, sushi, and light pasta dishes with seafood. Additionally, it combines well with poultry, creamy risottos, refined vegetable dishes, and mild cheeses.

The Eymann winery was founded in 1984 and has been working organically from the start. They have since gone a step further to biodynamic, resulting in Demeter certification.

The grapes for this white wine from Eymann are hand-picked and spontaneously co-fermented in wooden barrels. The typical Burgundian nose is dominated by pears, wild herbs, ripe yellow stone fruit, and some light smokiness.

Fact: "Ménage à Trois" refers to the three grape varieties blended (a 'field blend'). "Field blend, Alter Satz, Gemischter Satz" – they all mean the same. Different grape varieties are intermingled in the same vineyard, which allows them to strengthen and support each other.
