Tasting Note BIO-DEM Eymann Flora & Fauna Weiss
Flora & Fauna Weiss is a vibrant, uncomplicated biodynamic white wine. The nose offers fresh aromas of apple, pear, and citrus, complemented by blossoms and a light spiciness. The taste is fresh, juicy, and light-footed, with a pure acidity and a pleasant, dry finish.
Wine & Food
BIO-DEM Eymann Flora & Fauna is an ideal aperitif wine, but also pairs well with light salads, sushi, shellfish, and white fish. Additionally, it makes a great combination with vegetarian dishes, asparagus, fresh vegetables, mild cheeses, and light lunch dishes.
Additional information
The Eymann winery was founded in 1984 and has been organic from the start. They have now gone a step further to biodynamic, resulting in Demeter certification.
Biodynamic viticulture is all about balance and biodiversity. By allowing nature to take its course as much as possible, a lively vineyard and wines that are pure, energetic, and unadorned are created. The name Flora & Fauna thus underlines that this wine is an expression of a healthy, living terroir.
