Winemaking at Bodegas Azul y Garanza is done in a very natural way. They almost exclusively use concrete tanks and clay amphorae and ferment with natural yeasts.

The white Rioja Las Tasugueras is an organic-dynamic wine, made from 100% Tempranillo. A rarity in the region, white wine made from the red grape Tempranillo, and it really works. This is a stylish, original, unaged, yet textured white wine. It clearly has more body than wines based on the traditional Viura grape, and it also lacks the slight bitterness.
