The BIO Codorníu Rosé is made from 100% Grenache grapes, sourced from the sun-drenched Penedès in Catalonia, northeastern Spain. This region is known for its fresh and elegant wines thanks to the chalky soils and the cooling influence of the Mediterranean Sea.
The grapes are harvested early to preserve their freshness. The wine is organically certified, vegan, and sustainably produced by Codorníu, the oldest winery in Spain (since 1551).
The Codorníu family, world-renowned for their Cava, has also been producing still wines in Spain since the 16th century, long before the first bottle of Cava was produced. For them, it is a way to showcase the unique terroir of their vineyards and continue to innovate.
