Tasting Notes BIO Codorníu Chardonnay
Intensely aromatic with lots of tropical fruit and citrus notes. The round texture on the palate reflects the excellent structure of this wine. The volume, acidity and length are in perfect balance, while citrus along with pineapple, mango, and papaya notes come forward on the palate. No oak aging here, just Chardonnay pure and natural!
Wine & Food Pairing
BIO Codorníu Chardonnay is suitable as an aperitif but is even better with scallops and a beurre blanc with lime, grilled Thai prawns, or for example, a Waldorf salad. It is also a good accompaniment to a creamy risotto alla Primavera.
