An elegant and refined white wine with aromas of ripe apple, citrus, white flowers, and a hint of almond. The palate is fresh and mineral, with a beautiful structure, lively acidity, and a long, harmonious finish. As the wine ages, it develops more complexity with notes of honey, nuts, and herbs.

The BIO Bucci Verdicchio Classico is an organic white wine from the famous Castelli di Jesi wine region in the Italian Marche region. The Bucci winery has been among Italy's absolute elite for years and is known for its elegant Verdicchios with great finesse, minerality, and excellent aging potential. The wine comes from organically certified vineyards and is largely aged in stainless steel tanks, ensuring that the pure character of the Verdicchio grape is fully preserved.
The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified separately by vineyard. After a gentle pressing, the must ferments at a controlled temperature. The various plots are later blended into one harmonious wine. By aging without new oak, the freshness, minerality, and fruit are optimally preserved.
Verdicchio has been grown in the Marche for centuries and is among the most characterful indigenous white grapes in the country. The name is derived from verde (green), a reference to the light green shimmer that the wine often retains, even after several years of bottle aging.

Verdicchio is one of the few white wines that can age beautifully. While many white wines are intended to be drunk young, a quality wine like that of Bucci develops extra complexity after a few years with notes of honey, almond, and herbs. That is precisely why Verdicchio is considered by many wine lovers to be one of the finest white wines of Italy.
