Tasting Note BIO Be Bike Chardonnay
Shows lovely exotic fruit, such as pineapple and mango. It combines beautifully with its soft acidity and subtle creamy texture, while the wine remains fresh. All very elegant, juicy, feels round in your mouth. Organic “Detour-Chardonnay” from Navarra, Spain.
Wine & Food Pairing
Be Bike Chardonnay is ideal as an aperitif, with tapas, fish and seafood. The combination of tropical fruit notes and fresh acidity makes it extremely versatile and suitable for various culinary adventures.
Additional Information
The Be Bike Chardonnay from Bodegas Be Bike in Navarra, Spain, is a good example of how well the Chardonnay grape can adapt to the unique conditions of this Spanish region. Although Chardonnay makes up only a small part (7%) of the total plantings in Navarra, this organic wine proves that quality takes precedence over quantity.
The careful approach and organic farming methods of Bodegas Be Bike help to highlight the natural characteristics of the Chardonnay grape, resulting in a wine that is both rich in flavour and environmentally friendly.
In short, for this BeBike Chardonnay from Domaine Via Quaderna, I'd gladly cycle that extra bit via Navarra. Salud!
