Jonty's Ducks Pekin Red is a characterful, organic wine that pairs beautifully with game dishes such as venison, pheasant or duck, but also with rack of lamb, entrecôte or roasted beef. It is excellent with mushroom risotto, spicy stews, aged cheeses or lightly spiced BBQ meat. Also delicious with Melanzane Parmigiana and a homemade hamburger.
