Tasting Notes BIO 3 Passo Rosato
The friendly nose reveals many fruit aromas. It's a bit sweet with its wild strawberries, raspberries, and some fruit gums. On the palate, a delicate wine with plenty of fruit and a persistent finish with that typical Italian hint of bitterness.

Bio 3 Passo Rosato is a tasty combination with softer cheeses, salads, and light fish dishes. But it's also a great wine to chill out with at a festival!
Additional Information
3 Passo means 3 steps and is created in a unique way. The first step is the manual selection of the best organic grapes. Secondly, partly overripe grapes are used. Thirdly, the grapes undergo an extra-long maceration period. Finally, the wine also matures for several months in wooden barrels.
The special bond between the earth (terra) and the Cielo family originated in the Valle del Chiampo in 1908, specifically on the Casa Defra estate, around the modest Cielo family vineyard. Giovanni Cielo's newly established family business immediately began to bear fruit.
Since Luca and Pierpaolo Cielo (4th generation) took over the reins, the Cielo family business has been strengthened by the union of tradition and the experience of over 2,000 wine producers from the Colli Berici. Cielo e Terra has achieved its mission.
