On the palate, the wine lives up to this promise: the fresh fruit is softly framed by refined oak aging, which adds a touch of vanilla without being overpowering. The mouthfeel is smooth and friendly, lightly creamy, but remains wonderfully energetic thanks to its lively acidity.

This Chardonnay comes from the renowned Boekenhoutskloof wine estate, located in Franschhoek, South Africa, made under the guidance of winemaker Marc Kent, a visionary with a great appreciation for French wine traditions.

The wine comes from the cool vineyards of Elgin. (Western Cape). This cooler zone ensures that the Chardonnay retains its fresh acidity and has a beautiful aromatic development.

The wine undergoes light oak aging in new oak, which provides volume and structure, while the rest of the wine in stainless steel maintains its fresh expression. A successful combination of power, freshness, and finesse.
