On the palate, the Hautes Pistes Sauvignon Blanc reveals a wealth of tropical and exotic fruit, citrus, mango, passion fruit and guava. The wine has good length and is pleasantly fresh.

This organic Sauvignon Blanc from Aubert & Mathieu is an excellent choice with sushi, baked cod, as an aperitif, or delicious with a fresh salad. It pairs perfectly with Thai mussels.

Jean-Charles Mathieu had a financial career in Paris, and Anthony Aubert was successful in wine marketing in the US and Thailand. Two young men who knew each other from high school in Carcassonne, the heart of winemaking in the Languedoc. Despite their successful start in business, their true passion eventually called. In September 2018, they found each other in this passion and decided to embark on a wine merchant adventure.
The wines are bottled in recycled glass bottles, and the labels are made from recyclable and recycled materials. This is reflected in the wine's label, with its bright, striking colors. KATE is therefore a vibrant and exotic wine. Discover even more organic wines
