Jean-Charles Mathieu had a financial career in Paris, and Anthony Aubert was successful in wine marketing in the US and Thailand. Two young men who knew each other from high school in Carcassonne, the heart of winemaking in Languedoc. Despite their successful start in business, their true calling eventually caught up with them. In September 2018, they reconnected and decided to embark on a wine merchant adventure.
