Aubert & Mathieu Gigi Albariño is a striking white wine that reveals the refined characteristics of the Albariño grape, grown in Languedoc-Roussillon, a less traditional but surprisingly suitable region for this grape.

Jean-Charles Mathieu had a financial career in Paris, and Anthony Aubert was successful in wine marketing in the US and Thailand. Two young men who knew each other from high school in Carcassonne, the heart of winemaking in Languedoc. Despite their successful start in business, their passion for wine eventually drew them back. In September 2018, they found common ground in this and decided to embark on a wine merchant adventure.

The wines are bottled in recycled glass bottles, and the labels are made from recyclable and recycled materials. This is reflected on the wine label by the dress with bright, striking colors. KATE is therefore a vibrant and exotic wine.
