An explosion of fruit on the nose: exotic fruits (citrus, ripe grapefruit, lychee) and oak influences (hazelnut, vanilla). The wine is rich, full-bodied, unctuous, fruity, slightly mineral, and has a wonderfully long finish. Le Fâite Blanc is a classic wine that can easily compete with a fine Bourgogne!

Plaimont Le Faîte Saint-Mont Blanc is a wine to savour. The best combination is with fish and seafood: crab, lobster, scallops, monkfish, fish carpaccio, you name it. But it also pairs well with poultry, vegetarian dishes and lighter white meat dishes.

With 1000 affiliated vignerons, approximately 5,250 hectares of vineyard and a production of around 385,000 hectolitres, Producteurs Plaimont is the largest player in the Sud-Ouest.

Fun fact: the wooden plaque is a tribute to how winemakers used to do it. The wines were then stored in clay soil and a label would be lost. That's why wooden plaques were used instead of a label. Sealed with an original wax capsule and when ordering 6 bottles, these are delivered in a wooden box.
