Each grape plays its own role: Riesling provides freshness and structure, Gewürztraminer for floral spice, Sylvaner for refinement, Viognier for roundness, and Sauvignon Blanc for liveliness. After gentle pressing, the wine ferments naturally in stainless steel tanks and ages for twelve months to develop more texture and complexity.
