The cheerful illustrations are intended to convey the \u003cstrong\u003ejoie de vivre of Southern France\u003c\/strong\u003e: sunny, relaxed, and made to be enjoyed together. Sustainability has also been considered: the labels are made from recycled paper, and the bottle is extra light.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe rosé is made using the direct pressing method. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed immediately, resulting in very little contact between the grape juice and the skins. This also explains the pale pink colour of the wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAfter pressing, the juice is carefully clarified (débourbage). Fermentation then takes place at a maximum of 15 °C.
