The vineyards for the Waterkloof wines are located on the upper slopes of this estate, 300 meters above sea level. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThey are characterized by their mineral character and elegant style; the estate is fully biodynamic. False Bay Syrah is a subtle wine with a beautiful balance, elegance and an aromatic character. This is achieved by not pressing the wine but allowing it to drain after 15 days of natural fermentation.
